Dear diary,

How are you doing?

I feel like my week was covered with headache. Why am I feeling so headache? I think I felt very stressed out this week. Very overwhelmed with my work, my learnings to do, to catchup with the team’s progress. I felt exhausted. Not having enough sleep. Actually not not getting enough sleep, but my sleep schedule was messed up. I slept very late at night, for a few nights almost at 3am, and woke up at 10am. Yes that’s 7 hours of sleep, which normally is enough. But I think the timing is off. Resulting in me feeling very tired everyday.

Last week I headed to the gym almost every morning quite frequently. I really like this frequency and can feel my strength increased. I really like this kind of me. I can feel I am getting stronger day by day. With my body getting gradually stronger, but I feel my brain is getting gradually messy and my eyes tired. Like 双目无神. I don’t really like that feeling I am having. I don’t feel the energy that I want to feel. I can only feel the exhaustion in me. I don’t like this feeling. I want to change this. I want to reclaim back the ENERGY me! The Vaneese that has full of energy and hope and positive towards her life!

This week my focus is to reclaim back my ENERGY!

FOCUS!!! Don’t overdo myself. Focus on the 20% that can give me 80% results.
