Last week was a really really hectic week!

Emotional roller coaster as well ~~

 

My week started off with a CNY gathering at YY’s Hse. Lunch was great, as well as the card game session <3

Happy for HW to have a bunch of ex-colleagues still keeping connection with. Some real friends I see.

 

Our first pitch deck baby is out! The meeting was scheduled on Wednesday.

The night before we were rushing the deck, going through making sure each & every details is correct, and make sense.

Really proud of what we have done. In my opinion, I think it’s a valid strong pitch deck!!

The meeting was last minute postponed to next week. But it’s ok. Because we’ve done the first pitch deck, very quickly we got our second appointment.

 

Alterseat was our second appointment. We have less than 12 hours to work on the deck.

Getting a confirmation on Thursday night, for meeting Friday morning.

It’s crazy! Tbh I’ve never done something like that before. I always want things to be planned ahead of time.

It’s quite challenging for me, not kidding.

I wasn’t myself anymore past 12AM.

The meeting went quite smooth. Not fully as per expectation, nevertheless it’s a good start!

 

That same Friday afternoon, HW went to meet up with a new friend from the startup group. A lady named Eunice running a lemongrass sauce business.

She desperately needs help to run her e-commerce store.

HW mentioned that she’s the typically kind of founder, knowing that her product is good, but why nobody is buying it?

Need help in running a business.

Her sauce is good! I used it to marinate my chicken chop, it tasted really good!

Really authentic lemongrass smell & taste! Can feel it’s made with lots of love <3

 

That night, we went up to Genting to celebrate our Valentine’s Day.

It was actually not a good day for me. My emotions were a bit down that day.

I felt like I wasn’t contributing enough to the business. And that why can’t my body stay up late to continue grinding together with HW.

Cried a little.

Took the chance to Genting to speak out my feelings.

I’m really glad that HW understands me. Encourages me. Motivates me. I couldn’t ask for more.

Ohya! Genting was really breezy & misty! It was the most extreme I’ve ever experienced.

 

The next day, I was pumped. Did a bunch of work, mainly researching on Shopify since we decided to take on the offer to help out Eunice.

The night ended with popo’s hamcha + rummy game. My very first time, very fun & interesting! ~

 

Sunday afternoon, we went to EduFair with my little bro Wayne.

Actually I turned down the night before, knowing that my sister will be going too, then so she can guide my brother along.

Last minute she say she’s not going.

Me & HW decided that let’s go to EduFair with Wayne. I want to help my little bro as his big sister.

It was quite an engaging session. We got to know Wayne a lot more. His interest, his goal, his style etc.

After some research & conversations with various universities, he discovered something called Business Psychology. Which actually was the course my sister studied.

He is interested in understanding how human thinks, how human behave, why human make this decision. And ultimate he likes to persuade people into the way he wants people to go.

I think Business Psychology really suits him. Given his interest in enterprising, investigation, & detailed-orientation.

I hope he will slowly explore his options and gradually go into a path he really enjoys.

I hope I can be his life mentor who changes his fate.

 

I did the text as well. The results were as per what I expected.

Detail-Oriented, Mechanical & Enterprising being my Top 3 (in sequence).

I think my current role is really suitable for me. I love it very much <3 ~~
